2 ports on router not working

Just tried my computer in port 3, does the same as upstairs, uploads my homepage google but really slow gets 3/4 green bar, stalls and eventually gets there with green bar not quite home.
Seems there is a fault with ports 3 and 4.no debts0 -
You could always buy a simple Hub, here is one from Amazon:
