  • I only have proper friends on mine that I've known for years, and family. As i'm set up for friends only I don't get an awful lot of friend requests and it has helped me to find a recent friend I lost contact with for a few years.

18185 can't be used on Virgin.

Doesn't their 0808 freephone access number work on Virgin Media phones? http://www.18185.co.uk/mobilerates.php

It certainly used to work about a year ago. The call charges are higher than for BT customers with 18185, but less than VM standard call rates.

08081 703703 is the code you use for 18185 on a Virgin phone. Dial that and wait a second or two, then put in the full number - my wife uses it all the time (and I don't mind as it's cheap!).
