Yes you can unlock blackberrys also I believe Orange are the cheapest

All the networks (I believe) change £5 a month on payg for the BB addon. The cost for voice depend on network and how many you need.

It's also a good idea to try a few free payg sims to see which network has the best reception where you need it.
