7 day cancellation period..
Hello, i've just upgraded my orange phone over the phone and got a good deal which i'm happy with. The only thing is, i'm just not gelling with the phone. What will happen if I cancel now within the 7 day period? Will they ask for the phone back? Will I have to pay money for another phone?

Tecnically upgrades fall outside the DSR, it's not a new contract but a renewal but Orange should let you do it. Three are usually the pains for this.Will they ask for the phone back? .
Absolutly, if your not renewing they will want the phone back as you've cancelled the new airtime agreement. Depending on what the offers are they may or may not offer the same deal.Will I have to pay money for another phone?.
You could put the sim in your old phone and flog the new one if you got on with the old one better.0 -
You send the phone back, your upgrade is cancelled and you go back to where you where before you upgraded.
You can then start the upgrade cycle all over again. . .0
