Mobile Phone Contract
I read somewhere on MSE that they are making mobile phone network providers offer contracts of 12 months on new smartphones rather than 18 months and 24 months.
I am wondering if this is fact or a rumour?
If it is fact, whether anyone has any proper information about it?
Also whether it would or could affect a current contract that is in place?

It won't affect any contract that's running, that's a done deal.0 -
Will make no difference to an existing contract.0
