Nokia 7600 CPW 2.99 deal PROBLEMS!!!

I ordered the nokia 2.99 deal on 1st february from carphonewarehouse website.
I just received my first bill two days ago and they only give me the credit of first month free. However on the original offer page, it says first three months half price and should be 45 credit instead of 30 pounds credit.
Can anyone confirm you also received 30 credit instead of 45? I suspect my order is not valid for the 2.99 deal as on the offer page says deal expires on 31 january. However I got to that webpage from their website by clicking on the special offer so I assumed they've extended the offer into february as well.
Please let me know if anyone is in the same situation as me. I'm worried I'm going to pay the full price of over 300 pounds for a year contract!!!!

Probably the easiest way to fix it if the 3 deal is different is for CPW to add £15 to the first cashback, or they could contact 3 dealer support to correct it; you could check with 3 as well0 -
Hi,
I signed up with the 2.99 deal with CPW, but would wish to cancel within my 14 days. Spoke with CPW they said I will be liable for costs for any calls I have made and the line rental for the duration i had the service. But then spoke to 3 and they say, I will not be liable for any calls within the 500 incluisve mins i have and also not liable for any line rental. Anyone have any info on this?
Thank you.0 -
nayur89, I can't see why you want to cancel.
With £20 cashback on an old phone, you could pay £15.88 for a year.
If you cancel you'll pay roughly £1 a day, unless you really expect to get that usage free.
So think of it this way; all remaining use is free, whether you stay or cancel.0 -
The way it worked for me was that they sent me a bill for the first month's line rental before my month to pay in full. Then at the end of my first three months (i.e. bills 2-4) they billed me the full amount of thirty pounds but on the same bill a little below they credited it back to my account so i only payed half price line rental. I think the offer had expired when you did your contract so call up carphone warehouse to clarify as soon as possible. This credit from three is automatic on all their contracts, CPW includes this value when calculating your cashback but do not give it to you themselves. Also please note the current CPW deals include forced takeup of Video Value @ £5, so after 6 months you're paying £35 not £30.Sarah x0
