I called up for my upgrade on Monday...Been with them for 6 years and couldn't believe at first they only offered me o2 handsets!! Anyway, complained and opted for a Nokia 6233 instead.
So five days later(today)...still no phone so I checked my online account. No order has been raised and there is a credit of £100 showing on my account! Called a nice young chap to query...guess what my phone hasn't been ordered and they applied a credi to my account instead. He issued my new phone...I asked what about the credit?
He said oh it's ok you can keep that.
Result!!
