:hello: Good morning everyone, what a lovely day and so many busy peeps doing your stuff!!!
DNMS, I am glad your enjoying your work. It doen't matter how slow you do it, what matters is that your determined to do it!!! thats great motivation!!!
Kel, well done on your weight loss. I ususally find my scales, play tricks on me:D I know when I am at that time of the month, I put on 4lbs just in excess water:eek: and it takes about a week for all this to go. you should see my belly:eek: I look as if I am pregnant. Fat chance:D. As I am a armchair fanatic, I lose weight very very slowly, but instead of relying on those scales of mine, I use the tape measure to record my statistics. Sometimes we can not see the inches coming off, and the scales only tell us the weight, so the tape measure always puts a smile on my face!!!:D
Today I won't be doing much at all. I have an emotional crisis. December 2009 I lost my older brother, and my niece, his only daughter, has written me a letter telling me that she has had a nervous breakdown:(So today I will do all I can to support her all be it on the telephone.
I have or will do if time permits
Heating is off
Check online banking
Ask my lovely carer to count my pennies,
Plan my meals for the week
Do some armchair workouts
A quick game of beads with Fluffy
Already phoned my DD at work, Two applications for jobs has also arrived in post!!!
Well thats it for me one and all. Have a great Monday and stay happy and positive!!!!

Yay :T nipped into M and S on my way to work and the cardi was there waiting for me :T Used vouchers too so didn't need to go to the bank

Also made myself a free cuppa with milk from a bottle (always better than from a plastic carton, right?) and admired the view from 8 floors up. Gorgeous day with not a cloud in the sky so could see for miles too.
Oh the small things that are making my Monday bright
