Out of curiosity, what processes are demanding enough to require a 6 Core Processor and 3 Graphics Cards?

If I knew before I bought that it was overclocked I wouldnt touch it except to sell on/strip it down and use elsewhere.

If I didnt know it was overclocked, £200 max for a second hand pc, fancy specs are fancy but its still a second hand pc.

even back with windows 3.11 you could use the end win sequence as an indication of how powerful the computer was.

Then again I remember when we thought 12 floppy disks for a game install was lots :D

I presume when you say you're going hexacore you mean a Phenom II X6 processor.
You'd be better to wait for the AMD Buldozer X6 and X8 processors in a few months, then upgrade the motherboard processor and ram and keep the rest of the system.
You can always sell the old parts on ebay but as others have said second hand computer parts aren't worth much.

    no intel hexacore. http://www.cclonline.com/product-info.asp?product_id=52826&tid=frooct.

had 3 amd's in the past didnt last that long not even oc'd so not impressed with them.

was just toying the idea of selling really. its a good machine.

got somethinking to do. thanks for the input. much appreciated.
