Love the NSD Chicken, but what it makes me wonder is why somebody decided there needed to be a chicken catching emoticon at all!!

    I wondered that too!

Today was going to be an NSD but then I read the MSE email and decided to do a quick toilet roll shop as I was near that supermarket for college and there isn't one near my home.

At least it was only a low spend ... oh and then there were some biscuits because they were just there in my eyeline :D

......but thinking it might be worth going out of my usual way to visit Mr M and take advantage of the fab loo roll offer there at the same time.
Fingers crossed yours has some left.

My store has run out, and apparently we're not getting any more in before the offer ends..... already several very upset customers today, and it'll only get worse as the week goes on

  • Wow! You've all had so many NSDs! I'm just popping in to declare my NSD 2 (I know, I know, but I'm a newbie, and reading of your successes is very encouraging, and I'll get there in the end ;)). Honestly, after the last few days, I thought I'd never even clock up 2, let alone the 8 I've allotted myself!

....Will try and get cash out and allocate my definite spends for the rest of the week. Can I allocate drinking money on Saturday for the mess? I can't get out of it as it's TA stuff, we're training with another unit, soft drinks cost money too, and I'm being paid... So if I put aside a certain amount today, will that count again on Saturday? I feel it is a bit cheeky!
I often 'spend' money on one day [as with putting the cash on the shelf for the window cleaner/milkman] & liken it to paying something by debit card or cheque in a shop but the other way round :D It's been 'spent' by way of waiting to pay for a specific occasion, so in my mind I can't 'spend' that money again..does that make sense :o Then again, thems is the rools I work by, so it all comes down to how YOU want to run YOUR Challenge. Not a lot of help really....

Mutha is still in need of a companion, so I've only come home now to cook a roast for The Offspring. I got a mahoosiff lump of pork on a whoopsie yesterday, but by the time I'd made a list of what I would need from here to cook the meal @ mum's, it was easier to just come home :p It all means that I can add another two to my total, making 7 I believe, up to & including today.

Good Luck Everyone, & remember that ANY day you resist those tempting trades-persons is a Day you can !!!!-a-snoop at the crafty store-keeps :T
