Well - I've decided to try to carry on this month....

looking back Im sure I've had 7 NSDs so far including 3 in the last 3 days. There may have been another one in there somewhere but I'm not certain.
Best drive home slowly tonight so I have enough fuel in the car to get me to tomorrow!

  • Not a NSD today, I started eating my lunch at 10.30am and by 1pm there was a hot chocolate crying out to be bought!
    Thank you competition posters!

Tixy - good on you for sticking with it, you are doing great!

Elfen - it's awful when a chapter closes. Just take things a day at a time and feel free to have a rant or a howl on here if it helps, we've all been through life's mill and have broad shoulders to show for it! You will get through this, keep the faith and take care of you before anything or anyone else!

Katholicos - so sorry about Dad. Such an empty feeling when that happens. We are all here for you too.

Spoon - life is what happens when you are busy making other plans. Take a month off the organising and we will all do our bit to keep things going. We just need someone who is a technobod (not a technophobe like moi) to do us a fancy front page for the thread and we can all keep the numbers updated as we go along, as long as we continue to put our latest numbers in big colourful print so they stand out. (But if you're even more of a technophobe than me you will be forgiven for sticking with boring black!)

And talking of which - I am now on 8 NSDs! (I'm showing off, now)

St David's Day then for the big get together - we can as Jinty suggests wear daffodils (a prize for the most imaginative place to stick a daffodil on your person) and dress in yellow and green and weave things with daffodil stalks and conjure up 101 dishes where the main ingredient is leeks....and talking of things Welsh, how do Welsh hedgehogs make love? Caerphilly.

    Hi peeps,

Spendy day for me unfortunately - don't want to think about it too much - half term is a killer :(, I will be really strict again next week when kids go back to school.

Spoon - I've only been doing the challenge a week but can appreciate so much already what you do to run it, thanks so much :), I'm sure everyone can keep track of their own targets.

Hugs to Katholicos and elfen :grouphug:
