    just having a skim before bed and wanted to say big hugs to you and yours Helen
    right ive decided im going to kick this weight once and for all so on friday my diet begins im not going to be fat and 40 shhhhhhhhhhhhh
    i have until june to make a difference and until november to kick it in to touch ive been married 20 years and we are hoping to go to Mexico to celebrate without the children to i need to at least 5 HHE per week so keep a lookout from friday you need to keep me in order !!! flying not much feel to poorly off to bed with my pound shop book:D see you tomorrow

    OH home safe and sound :D Chimps all snoring :D DW been on several times trying to catch up with laundry I even hung jeans and towels on the line earlier and they were almost dry when I brought them in.. good job I did as it is raining now!
