AnW'smum you just reminded my daft brain I was gonna give you a hug, it must be so difficult going through his belongings :( you're very brave ((((((hugs))))) xx

Thanks I appreciate it, it's another little task done although I did leave one particular pile of paperwork as I know there is a lot of it relating to DH in there.

I did however shred another load of older paperwork andn replaced it in the files with upto date stuff which has been actioned/updated as necessary.

I also went through the gurantee folder and recycled info on appliances we no longer have, also put the info relating to toys with the toys that are going to be ebayed/given away.

Gping to do something non brain taxing now, maybe even a bit of ironing!

  • Back from work (and associated training) - gosh it was hot in there today - my eczema is in real flare up mode at the moment and warm rooms just make me want to scratch!

I have decluttered lunch and am about to make DD1 and I a cuppa. The sun is shining - I might even bob some ashing out for a bit!

  • Mumof2 well done - glad it went ok

AnW'sMum (((hugs))) again - glad you are ok - be careful going in the loft

    LameWolf great news about Dilly

sockdrawer - I suppose it would depend on what kind of suite - if material and if its as mucky as you think it is then I would probably get pros in to do it first - they seem to be able to clean without it getting toooooooooooooo wet! Is there nothing you can take off and wash yourself?

Lil-me I forgot to say earlier that i hope your ankle isnt tooo sore today - try to rest it - good chance to catch up on the studying!!

finally got the washing out - we had humungous hail stones but it has cleared so hoping it will get a bit of drying before dark.

    toots xx
    Peace will be mine

Have rolled all the cutlery in napkins ready for her 21st party next week, and planned the food for the buffet. She is now printing off old photos to decorate the function room, I think shes getting excited now!

well that HHI was a bit longer than planned, but the baskets are now empty!!! Had my Portuguese CD on as well, so I can now ask where is the bathroom ;) DD is on the bus tonight, so that gives me another half an hour of useful time.

Such a beautiful day here. I spent some time just before lunch in the garden, and the lupins and delphiniums are *just* poking their heads above the soil, and the snowdrops look fabulous. The chickens are enjoying the weather too. Right, time to clean out the rabbit & g.pigs..
