SW's collected from school, we called in at Mum and Dad's where my sis and her gang were as well. We talked farming for 30 mins :rotfl:

Since we got in Miss A has helped me put DH's clothes in the loft, whilst I was up there I threw down a load of baby clothes which we have sorted and given half to th new baby next door along with a card and present. The other half have been sorted for a little girl and a couple of things have been kept by Miss A.

we now have an empty box, a plastic crate and an ironing basket spare :) will use then on a temporary basis whilst we are restoring order to the rest of the house. The idea is that chaos is contained within these whilst it is getting sorted.

Going to spend 30 mins with W and his new Star Wars lego, Miss A is doing some maths revision for mock SATS and then it will be time for dinner.

Done as much of the list as I feel is safe for me to do at this time :j

Wanted to ask is anyone else having a WEIRD week so far?
I mean mebbe there's some odd planetary alignment??

There's me baby wobble and the NHS actually seeing me in a decent time?

I've found an estranged half sister this week - which is Fantastic. She seems really lovely and I'm looking forward to getting to know her. She saw me last when I was in nappies - we're talking 30 years here
she remembers having my baby cast off clothes for her dollies :T

and today my ex's (over three years ago - I'm married since then) new wife (assuming she's married or taken his name) emailed me on facenbook and told me to tell the postoffice to stop sending me letters to my old address?? Eh? There shouldnt be any post there. let alone from the post office? Grrr do what normal people do and write on "not known at this address" and send the letters back. What the heck do I do about that - I cant reply, she'll get access to my profile. Personally I think she's just done it so she can show off her new double barreled surname - like I care? URGH can some people leave the past in the past?? Please!

Anyhoo - yes it's been an odd odd week and it's only Tuesday :rotfl::rotfl:

Lemanie, LittleMissHappy and Mumof2 how did you get on.

In my HHC, I changed the oil in my deep-fat fryer, changed the foil in the grill tray.

Also put away the TD contents and refilled it.

Kettle on, who wants what?... and cake or biccys. :T

Did my ironing, decluttered - found some stuff to go to charity shop/recycling. I found some old photos, sat on the bed and looked at them and they were from 2006 so when my children were really young including some of me pregnant with DS, made me feel a bit sad they've grown up so much (DS was a baby and DD only rising 4) but also happy that they're growing up so lovely :).

    Off to do tea ....

In a much better mood today! lol Had to smile at your post Natty - so thats what its called when you are stroppily cleaning something!

Wont have much time for flying today and tomorrow - cadets tonight and a meeting tomorrow................so level 1s should be done and theres always the weekend to catch up if necessary.

I hope everyone is ok? and I agree about the wierdness...........we had a power cut in the night and when the dogs woke me up at 1am (for some bizarre reason) the heating was on full. I left it cos I thought hubby may have been cold. But on getting up this morning the timer was well off and liitle lights are flashing - you nkow the type! The we-had-a-cut-and-you-havent-sorted-it-out-yet. Hmm. As you need a degree in quantum physics to reset the timer I think I'll leave that one for hubby...................

    Right take care

    see you when I can
