If the FCO stated against ALL TRAVEL to ALL EGYPT (including Sharm), Easyjet (and any other airline) would not be allowed to operate the flight, and therefore would have to cancel the flight & give you a refund. Obviously, if you then booked your hotel via another company, then depending on the company would determine what their conditions would be for cancelling. It seems above that Hotels4U are offering cancellations at £35 at the moment, however if the situation changes to cover no travel at all to any area of egypt, then this might change too.
