Hi anyone got any idea on this little problem i have.
I have just checked my mobile bill and have noticed the following
19:36 Text service received 700074011 - £10.00
19:38 Text service sent 60777 - £0.10
now i remember the 60777 text as this was to opt out of the text messages i was recieving advertising loans etc now after searching the internet it seems other people have had a issue where they are getting a message and it charging them.
Is there anything i can do to get the £10 back i have emailled the people who supply the 60777 number (txtlocal - the number is used for 000's of companys)
I really would not mind if it was a pound but i really cannot afford to lose £10 with a baby on the way
Any help would be appreciated

I dont understand the £10 charge as it is not from a 5 digit shortcode. You need to speak to your service provider (orange, O2 whoever), and get the 5 digit number. Once you get that, look it up on the phoneplayplus website, which will give you the service provider. Then give them a call, they may then either be able to refund, or they will direct you to the 'final' company who can issue the refund if it is a service that hasnt been requested.

If you are on Tmobile & I believe Vodaphone contact their customer service & ask them to put a bar on "shortcode" texts . As said would not have helped in this case though as it is a long number .0
