No, thay may have to spend 15 seconds doing each one. Seems a small price to pay for a successful transaction.
If you're a professional seller you should show some respect for your customers.

Sorry, but 15 seconds x volume is just too much time. I would seriously have to employ someone to do that. That would increase costs. Ridiculous. Particularly when the only feedback I can leave is positive.

    It's simple process efficiency - automating a non-productive task.

I'm not a huge volume seller by any means, but I keep my ebay admin as slick as possible by using various automated processes and tools. Why expend time on a non-revenue earning task that could be better spent doing something else.

Besides, it's only buyer feedback which is meaningless these days anyway. I agree with above, custoemr service is getting good quality products to the customer quickly and safely with minimal fuss. It is not fawning over a page of comments that is rarely read by anyone.

I don't have automated systems for my feedback but I do it in batches usually and just cut and paste and do the whole lot at the same time.

Are there definitions of what these "grades" mean anywhere. I'd really like to know the difference between somebody with an A+++++++ rating as opposed to somebody with only an A++++++.
    Or not.

    i think the difference is:
    +
If you want to go fast, go alone
If you want to go far, go with friends

I am happy when I get feedback like that :).
The ones that annoy me are 'thank you for shopping at ........' , basically an advert lol! Still in this time of ever lessening feedback anything positive should be appreciated ;).

If you use selling manager that's one of the default options for leaving bulk feedback. The others are:

Good buyer, prompt payment, valued customer, highly recommended.
Quick response and fast payment. Perfect! THANKS!!
Hope to deal with you again. Thank you.

There's another one IIRC that starts A pleasure to do business with, but I think I've overwritten it in my SM.

And there was I thinking they really meant it. :rotfl:I'm so gullible. :D

I brought this up on here before under "dodgy feedback?"

I'm suspicious of it - I have heard of people buying feedback etc. so I was curious about a buyer I had who had a relatively low amount of feedback (about 50ish) and she had several instances of exact same feedback from different sellers and they were less generic than the one quoted buy the OP. I look at my own (over 150) and not one crops up more than once - although obviously wording can be similar.

I've looked at people who have 1000's and most people don't have the exact same feedback crop up (as far as I can see) from different sellers/buyers.

Most people who replied to my thread believed this person's fb to be genuine - but I'm still not convinced.

Maybe there are ways of falsifying Feedback that most people are not aware of.

Hi, I found someone selling feedback for 40p (free p&p) a couple of days ago.

No-ones mentioned that this is from 2006 :D

Ah, well it's a valid point.
I honestly never know what to put for a buyer, especially one that we've not had messages sent between us.

    Paid?
Thank you for not ripping us off?
    :p
This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine

I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine. :p
