To help clean the system crumble a dishwasher tablet in the day befor rad gets changed and run up to temp.
When rad is changed make sure system gets flushed through with fresh water until runs out clear before putting in new rad.
You will be surprised the amount of crap that will come out,I recently did my pug 205 gti as it had been left for years with no antifreeze so was gunged up.0
