I have gone through post 4 but i thought it is going to be the same 2 major steps as the two links given by other guys (i.e malwarebytes and hijack).

Or do you want me to abort the malware i am currently running???

don't abort it, you need to fix the infection.

Slow pc's aren't always caused by infection, which is why there are far more steps in the guide.

There is nothing stopping you working through it while scanning, just don't reboot until it's finished

How could i do this?

After 8 hours of scanning, the result stated that 91 object had been infected.

I have NOT closed the file but there is no 'remove' tab in the application.

Could anyone help me in this?
