Unnecessary screen savers, pop up,slow PC!

Fellow savers please help.

Some 'uninvited' screen savers keep on coming to my PC while i am using the internet. I have never downloaded any but sometimes it is very difficult for me to close it. I might have about 4 at a time.

My PC had slowed down considerably.

What can i do?

Is there any free programs to download?

Is there anything to use for cleaning up?

Could be that a short malware bytes scan will find different items to the full scan.
