I do have malwarebytes on my laptop,didn't really seem to solve the problem,still diverted me when I wanted to surf on the net0

Plenty of guides on the internet, you will lose all your data. If you have a factory restore partition, instructions on how to use it will be on the manufacturers website
If you want help in removing the infection, answer the questions and post logs.!!
