  • I'm going to weigh in tomorrow, I think I'll be heavier than last week as I've had a meal out, a take away, alcohol and half an easter egg:eek:. I've done loads of exercise though so hoping I've mitigated some of the damage.

  • mmm tirimasu *drool* if only someone could invent a diet friendly version

this sounds yuk but it is nice, believe me its magic...

A pot of 0% Total yoghurt mixed with Options hot choc powder. I'm sure you could add espresso coffee and make it a choc tiramisu type thing. I ate it with fresh raspberries (mMMmmMM) but maybe you could add some kind of low fat sponge. (There is a slimming world recipe for sponge that is 9 syns for the whole cake).

*wanders off to the kitchen to find something sweet to munch on*

Well - I'm off to a bad start - I just ate an entire 8-slice delivered Pizza to myself :o

I've had a bad day though :( and (very MSE) it was totally free as OH's turned up with half the topping inedible and when we complained the customer service was shoddy so we got our money back and kept the pizzas :T

    In fact we're up 1p :p

So I guess what they say is right - look after the pennies and the lbs will look after themselves :rotfl:

Still better than driving or getting the bus both ways!

I blame my car for some of my weight gain. I used to always walk or cycle both ways but now I usually drive. This is because I have stupid shifts - tonight I finished at 10pm, and sometimes I start at 6am.
