I want to lose 7lbs by my birthday at the end of Feb so can I join?

Am doing Slimming World at the mo and have lost 2 stone 2.5lb since last September:) lost 4.5lb in Jan so would like to speed it up a bit.

Want to lose a stone by Easter if not well before, then another by Whitsun/Summer but am concentrating on each half stone for now!

M&S do some dessert things - they're called mocha or latte or something and they're meant to be like the drink. Anyway, the diet version is just as nice as the normal. But they are expensive; they were 2 pots for £2
