What is the minimum top-up for a Fairfax US dollar pre-paid Mastercard?

If you try actually doing it it has an error message saying minimum $20 if you ask for less

Note that from 1 March they're introducing a minimum top-up of $80 for US Dollar cards - also €60 for Euro cards and £50 for 'Anywhere' (pound sterling) cards.
