Open a case in Paypal, they are easier to follow than Ebay ones anyway. Immediately escape it if you can.
Then return it via an online trackable means and upload the tracking to Paypal, once it says delivered, beware that recorded does not always track.0 -

With returns as long as the buyer can show that seller has had an attempted delivery or has refused the delivery then paypal still refund them. As soolin says, attempt delivery/refusal or delivery is as good as one another for a paypal INR return. If you can show you sent the item but It was returned/refused or delivered, they will pay out0 -
I would take a photo or two. I've only ever had one item as not as described. The seller saw the pic and refunded immediately.

She has responded to the case and she still thinks her description was accurate and it's acceptable. I guess I will have to wait this one out until the end where ebay make their decision - It says the case will automatically be closed on the 15th March - is that how long I will have to wait for my refund?0
