Pipex August visa payments.

:confused: I had a phone call tonight from Pipex (my ISP) to say they had not received my monthly payment for August from my visa company. the girl was quite stroppy and I was annoyed but said I would check my statement. I couuldn't find it quick enough so she asked me to ring her back. the number was West Midlands so I said (as a money saver does) No, you ring me. half an hour later a colleague of hers rang and I told her the other girl was short on manners and sorry I could not find the paperwork what was the problem. It appears Pipex had a problem with their banking in August and would I mind making payment now if it had not been taken from my account already? Please tell me does anyone know? am I obliged to pay if this is Pipex's problem? Respond ASAP please they are going to ring back shortly.
