How so? Much smaller screen with lower resolution, same speed, no 3G modem option if you don't have a BlackBerry already, no 300,000+ apps, no compatible media store. What is does have is Flash and two cameras. Or "will have" as, like the iPad 2, it's not on sale yet. The iPad 2 will have two cameras in all probability and a faster chip. So it comes down to whether you want a 7" screen, and to view adult sites as almost all the mainstream ones (iPlayer, newspapers, YouTube) don't need Flash, and to have to use some tethering arrangement to your BlackBerry. Personally, other than some people forced into using this by their employer, I have no idea who would buy one. If you're an Apple refusenik wait for Android.

They are going to allow the use of Android apps on it though, and it multitasks out of sight.

Nope but yesterday (weds) on CNBC they were talking about Ipad 3 being released next(2012) spring.
Never mind I am not really a fan of getting the latest gear , although wife wants the latest Gere, me I prefer last years model which reminds me Claudia's car is on the drive.
