Three uk/3 mobile indian call centres : Could they be bad enough to kill !!?

THREE UK/3 MOBILE INDIAN CALL CENTRES : COULD THEY BE BAD ENOUGH TO KILL !!?
WELL ALMOST WITH AN INDIAN CALL CENTRE MANAGER HITLER : SANJIV GOPPIKAR !
CURRENT UK COMPLAINTS CONTACT DETAILS REQUIRED V.V. URGENTLY !
I am blogging with Extreme Urgency as we may have a serious fatal problem with possibly multiple fatalities..
I am a local Community Alliance Coordinator and hope somebody can help urgently with 3UK contact details.
One of our members MR C. has had quite a substantial career in International Development and Finance and has been presently doing a long term stint of Charity Work in our area which is one of the most deprived in the UK and very well known having acquired cult status. This is being followed by a TV crew.
Mr C’s integrity is spoken for as a International Human Rights Monitor/Peacekeeper and having confronted PTSD himself he has developed a certain skill in counselling many sufferers in our area out of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Blackouts/ Depression.
Around 6-8 years ago he obtained a 3 PAYG SIM card to keep in contact with these sufferers who can be suicidal!
(This was to avail of 3-3 free calls and the System has worked satisfactorily since.)
However there have occasionally been phantom withdrawals from his and others Credit & though there have been problems with Indian Call Centres in 3’s early life stages he has managed to have these reversed until last Dec.
After this happened yet again he also mentioned that 3 PAYG rates now seem to be uncompetitive, was told that there may be new rates after in the New Year and asked for a callback from a Manager to check his options which included getting his PAC Code if necessary !
This never came and when he finally did track down an available Manager ( who turned out to be Sanjeev Goppikar) explaining the situation to the operative, he was kept waiting for close to half and hour and when finally somebody came back on the line, it was not the Manager but a Lower Ranking Supervisor, who told him that the Manager had had the SIM/account cancelled forthwith so there was no chance of getting a PAC Code.
He would have to get a new 3 SIM to use services. The line went dead as the Supervisor Spoke !
The next day he was astounded to find that the Handset which did not belong to ‘3’ was also maliciously blocked.
(Typically of ‘3’ the original PAYG handset conked out within a year of use, one of his users had given Mr C an old ‘3’ handset that he had inherited after being unsatisfied with one of ‘3’s 6 month trail contracts !)
Not only is this behaviour malicious in coming from one of ‘3’s Managers it is highly illegal !
Since then 2 of his PTSD sufferers have had Suicide attempts after not being able to reach him and are presently in a very serious possibly fatal condition !
As over the 8 years Mr.C has counselled well a hundred sufferers we are extremely concerned about the Well Being of the others that may be trying to reach him !
In refusing to discuss Mr Pires’ actions the actions of this Manager Sanjiv Goppikar are not only highly unprofessional but also illegal in blacklisting a handset that did not belong to ‘3’ and can only be classified as a gross illegal abuse of authority amounting to harassment.
We must report that the quality of the Indian Call Centres has improved significantly over the years, though we have been shocked at what we have read on this blogs about Credit and lives being ruined by ‘3’s Indian Call Centres for this time we believe that this issue is the responsibility of an arrogant approach of old Managerial Staff like the aforementioned Sanjiv Goppikar who frankly should not remain in any industry in any managerial position.
Having a good regard and working relationship with India we also believe he is a disgrace to ‘3’ and to India !
Like many others before us we are having tremendous difficulty in finding Correct Current Contact Details for the 3UK Complaint Centre in the UK so we can take this further !
Can anyone help us out there with correct current contact details for 3 UK as soon as possible ?

Each time Ive called 3 and got through to their Indian Call Centre, their name is always Steve. Why do they think having English sounding names is going to make it seem any easier to understand lolI don't know if I'm getting better or just used to the pain.

a] I'm stupid
b] I'm stupid
c] I liked that they were about £10 odd a month cheaper for my chosen tariff/smart-phone
