do you have a facebook account? if you do find the blood donor page on there and someone can answer all of your questions about when and where.
If you dont, go to the blood donor webpage and click on the link about finding out about donations. it will tell you exactly when and where they hold donations.

I am really annoyed actually that they wont let me. I told them I work in theatres exposed to latex all the time and as I am a medic I accept the risk but still a know......yes I know they are covering themselves....and trying to be nice to me...but still it sucks.:(

i've always tried to give blood, despite my fear of needles, and my tiny veins that mean it often takes more than one atempt to get the needle in. But at my last attempt they told me that as i have ME they will no longer accept my blood. No wonder there stocks are low if they turn willing donors away!
