Orange making changes to their charges

Hi all,

I have received a text off Orange this morning telling me that from March the 1st they will be making changes to the abroad bundles they offer, and as I have one of those I was wondering whether I am in my rights to cancel my phone contract?

After logging on to the Orange website I also noticed that as of the 4th of Jan they were also making changes to the charges of going over your minutes? So surely they are not keeping their end of the contract?

Thanks in advance.

All depends upon what contract you signed and the T&C of that contract you signed up to .

    Check your contracts T&C .

You cannot cancel a contract unless they have broken the terms of the T&C . Probability is that you agreed to xx without looking at the terms and conditions of your contract .
