    I really wish I had seen this sooner, it would of saved me from spending over £2k with them. They make you think that you are the one loosing the plot... It won't be enough if the company stops operating and/ or goes bankrupt; the people involved in this need to have a prison sentence. Did any of you that bought from them go through with your purchase and got your tickets??

    I just phoned the airline and they told me they don't have my name reserved for that flight. But yet the travel agency want me to pay extra after paying my "full fare price" what a joke. The situation goes on but I'll just save it for the media.

    Airline's usually offer 0 -10% commission to agents on a flight only booking.

    An agent has to make a living.!!!!
    If they are a LOT cheaper than the airline - how!

    Book direct in MOST cases, then you only have one set of 'people' to deal with
    when' things go wrong. (Other reasons as well).
  • after searching the web for weeks I eventually found travel centre uk. I bought my tickets for oz at the best price available anywhere at the time. The staff at travel centre have been wonderful, they could not have been more helpful and believe me I usually need plenty of help. Whenever I have needed more info or had any type of problem I have got in touch again and so far everything has been resolved immediately. I could not recommend this company and their staff more highly.
  • ben was very helpful icould understand everything he said had a lot of patience would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone to deal with him personnal he has the required to deal with the public . i think he is an assett to the company should be appreciate fully would go a long way i definately would get my tickets infuture of him personnal:j
  • Well I must have been very lucky. My travel consultant was Thomas and he was excellent. I had no problem with booking my holiday and all my questions were answered. He even came back with a better deal. If you are not sure after reading these reviews ask for Thomas, I was genuinely shocked at the reviews so glad i did not read them before I booked. Will let you know how my holiday was as so far 5 star service. keep up the good work.

Thanks to the efficiency, fast and convenient service, of their customer care representatives I had the opportunity to get a better price than many other offers in different web sites.     You must think the posters on here are thick if they are going to believe you................... No one will and all you are doing by posting all this rubbish is make it look how desperate you are to con people.

    So again please stop wasting your time.

  • Yesterday I booked a flight with Travel Center. Exactly the same thing happened... I tried to book it online but it came up with a message saying the seats had gone, and within a few minutes I had a call from them. He offered me exactly the same flight for just £15 extra on the next fare class. I was a little dubious about it all so asked him to email me all the details whilst I was on the phone. It turns out they are legit so I went ahead and booked. The price was over £300 cheaper than booking with the airline direct, and I have since called the airline direct to make sure my booking is confirmed which it all is. I have received my receipt, my confirmation and e-tickets so as far as I can see... so far so good! A little bit of a strange way of doing things, but the bottom line is I got the exact flight I wanted at a great price... so can't complain!
