Today I have:

Quick wash and out on line
small shop at aldi
Paid £10 to £365/365 days
Dinner and lunches from stores
Two surveys
Need to do meal plan and shopping list

Not much to add today but here goes:

• Got a book for 1p +postage - good deal because it's one I've wanted and is out of print
• Used freebie moisturiser
• Had a free cuppa
• Put some coins in the jar
• Transfer to VSP
• Shampooed hall carpet - good workout!

Managed more than I thought!

Went out for lunch with work so expense there but used voucher.

Also just sent out for pizza shouldn't have really but had £10 off coupon at least... Also paying cash for it so feels a bit more real and I'll notice it coming out of my purse (usually pay by debit card y'see).

The letter is a fab idea!!! but don't forget , all those other things you have achieved!! We will always have other things that come along and rock the boat so to speak, make us feel a bit unbalanced, but you will get it sorted, and it's good to share the ups and downs, but you will and have had more UPS, than downs!!!! So upwards and onwards as you mean to go on!! It will get sorted!! x
