spoke to water today only get help if you have 3 or more kids i have 2.
does anyone know how long tax credits take to process

Tax Credit time taken varies a lot - seems to be down to luck a lot of the time. You could try phoning them and impressing on them that you need this to be sorted out as soon as they can.

thanks for all your advice i was wondering about things like bus passes for school and will i get free perscriptions

Free school meals are generally for those who earn under a certain amount per year and don't receive WTC.
