Email Address For Tmobile

Does anyone know of an email address for Tmobile?

I have tried going through the contact us form but it isn't long enough and the email addresses I have found through google I just get an automated reply back from directing me to the contact us form!

I really am fed up with ringing them now and being told one thing and having no proof of it so would like to get a paper trail however due to being in a womens refuge currently this needs to be done via email due to me not being able to give the address out.

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated!
