Hi all, my Feb make 10 a day is non-existent so far, I've fallen off the bandwagon :( have 9 things on ebay for 99p but not a !!!!ybird is being watched or bidded on!

Also just wanted to rant!! - I have worked my a55 off and paid off my cards, and closed them down in preparation for applying for a mortgage and kept an eye on my credit rating, only for my other half to pay his bl00dy credit card late this month. And what angers me is it was pure laziness, not even that he doesn't have the money to pay off the full balance!

What is the point in having a credit card if you don't understand how to use it arrgghhhhh
    1% challenge - Started Feb 2014. Cap1 card £1,073.42
    1% = £10.73 0% so far
  • That's rubbish K30lly :(

Paid in £2.50 of coppers today. Had another bingo win too but I'll add that when it comes through :)

Finally got around to closing my student/graduate account as I haven't used it since I left uni 4 yrs ago!! So have a whopping £9 to add to my total :)

I've also sold 7 items on ebay today which I'll add once I've posted the items so I can calculate the exact amounts.
And, I've done 2 mystery shops this week, with another 4 lined up for next week. I'll add these when i get paid net of any expenses involved.

I'm so pleased with how I'm doing :)

Evening all, I'm kicking off with £10.67 which I've just counted in my little spare change tin. I'll keep chucking my coins in and when I get enough I'll take it to the post office to get it changed and stash the note-age in my locked tin :D

archersluck, when are you planning on going to Australia? We're hoping to go for DH's 30th (2013!) we either want to do a cruise around Aus/New Zealand or we looked at hiring a camper van to tour the whole east side and then planned an internal flight to perth to stay in a hotel for a week cos we have friends that side x

Cruise or campervan sound amazing! I'm going in June, not a fan of heat so it should be nice for me then! It's all been done on the cheap as I'll have just finished uni. Flights and bus passes (doing east coast) are booked and now needing spending money.

I really like this! So tempted to sign up, but worried that I'd let it slip when there wasn't enough time to do the ebay and other sales type things to generate the cash.

Does anyone have any tips on timesaving/making the most of short time available that may help me get going?

I guess the accumulative nature of it is a good thing (ie 28 days at £10 = £280 over the month)

And if I go for £5 a day that's £140 so doesn't seem quite so scary!

Off to think of the possibilities, any tips will help alot!
    Cheers

Hope all the work you put in is enough to overlook the recent cc usage. Keeping my fingers crossed for you. :)

    Hi, all :)

Got a £7.98 payment (from a site called Kooday).

((Made £30 on S*ng B*ngo, then la-dee-daad on non-bingo games and stuff and more or less lost it all :(. Tried to make it back, was halfway there, but then lost it again on bingo games. (Tip for anyone putting in their first ever tenner there: stick to the 'make your debut' room --- make the most of that room 'cos it's only for 24 hrs. Try the other free rooms too. Also, min. to cash out from S*ng is £30. /// Anyway, the £60+ I made on P*ddy B*ng before then kinda softens the blow of i'm-a-muppet'ism. Lesson learnt, though. Have let it go somewhat & put it down to newbie-bingo experience)).

    I AM BRAVE. I JUST DON'T KNOW IT....YET. :)
