postal orders

Hi, I recently sold something on ebay and the buyer has sent me a postal order. This is fine as I do accept them but the problem is I have a double barrelled surname but the postal order only has the last part of my surname on. Will I still be able to cash it?

assuming its not crossed just go into the PO and cash it, if it is you will need to pay it in via your bank. In both instances I doubt there will be a problem. Suck it and see!0

You should be ok, I got one yesterday with no name on it and never realised till I was chashing it at the P.O.
The woman let me fill it in and cash it for myself. lol0 -
When I've had them with my name on the PO never ask for ID they just cash it0

Crossed ones used to have to be paid in at a bank, but those who bank with a Post Office affiliated bank can pay them in over the counter using their bank card.My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0
