Raw Sewage in my garden

Hello all,
After a little advice. Our house back onto an ambulance station and their drains are in our garden. Unfortunately for the second time their drains are overflowing into our garden. Before sorting it last time we had to call out environmental health. We have had a word with them this morning and they are going to see to it. I don't want to be un-neighbourly but what kind of time scale should I put on this? Thanks in advance.
