Its a basic model and has no OCR/ photo-editing software. It produces good results though, print costs are reasonable and is a "Which?" best buy.
Reader feedback suggests that there is an issue with wireless printing and some users can only print using a USB Cable. Reviews on the internet suggest there is a problem with HP & BT Hubs. Hope this helps!0 -

I bought this printer last week. Very easy to connect wirelessly to Home Hub 2.
The only issue I have is that I cannot scan from the printer, but can scan if I innitiate the request from my PC via Windows Photo Editor. Seems to be a firewall / port issue but cannot sort; it's not a major hassle for me as I do not scan very often.0 -
has anyone spotted any good buys for ink cartridges on this printer recently?0
