Seller refunded full amount by accident, what are their rights?

This is why people are shooting you down. You imply that you would like to avoid repayment of this genuine mistake by the seller. Had you have asked how do i go about refunding you would not have had such a harsh response,(rightly so)

I wonder if the OP has now lost buyer protection or not?

I am aware there are rules about having to pay for an item once only and given this has been refunded back and froth a few times I wonder what the status is.
