This is why people are shooting you down. You imply that you would like to avoid repayment of this genuine mistake by the seller. Had you have asked how do i go about refunding you would not have had such a harsh response,(rightly so)0 -

I wonder if the OP has now lost buyer protection or not?
I am aware there are rules about having to pay for an item once only and given this has been refunded back and froth a few times I wonder what the status is.0
