    if you paid them to fix it and they haven't then they should come back at least for a look. credit card wont be interested as above. you could put it in writing and if still no change then report them to trading standards and dont forget to tell all your friends especialy if they are a local firm.

    Welcome to the forum, but it's better to start your own thread rather than dig up a 6 month old one.
    If you don't give more info about the leak (where it is leaking from) then no-one will be able to help you.
