Plumbing did not solve the problem

We had a loose pipe tightened before Christmas which is now leaking again.
Should the plumber fix this? If not can we speak to our credit card company as it is faulty services we paid for on the credit card.

& have you tried to fix it yourself in the past?
& what day did he come out on & what time & was it a special day like Boxing Day or Bank Holiday Monday?Not Again0 -
