Hi Jools, The same has just happened to my I-Tunes account. Credit from a giftcard used by fraudulent purchases. Apple are refusing to offer a refund. How did you manage to get yours refunded. Its £10 worth, not a huge amount, but I was looking forward to purchasing some music today with the credit. Any tips on how to get through to Apple. All I am getting is website contact forms and useless email contact. Would be nice to speak to someone in person.

I take it you used gogle to find a number to call,

The only number available to call is Apple help centre for which you need a maintenance account costing £35 !!
