You would most likely be on a YPL tariff and wont be able to downgrade your contract.

You will have made an agreement with Vodafone to pay a minimum of £50 per month for the duration of your contract. If you search around the forum, you will find the question of downgrading a YPL tariff has been discussed previously.

    Hi Pcal,

I am sorry to hear that your price plan isn't working out for you.

As Ann S stated, if you're on a tariff that starts with YPL then unfortunately these can not be changed during commitment on your contract. This is simply because we created these plans to include more so that they were better value for money.

If you are on one of our older plans then you can downgrade to a lower one after being in the contract for at least nine months.

You can log into My Account here to view what price plan you are on, if you are unsure.

If you would like us to take a look at your account to see if any changes can be made, you can email us here. Make sure that you put WRT135 in the subject box to make sure that it reaches our team.

    Kind Regards,
