I did my t-mobile upgrade with them, had no problems got my phone free gift etc on time

I have used this website a few times for different contracts, had no problems with receiving cashback, just with one of the contracts I took out, the free gift was a games console, and took weeks to be delivered as they were awaiting stock for longer than I expected! Other than that, no problems with them

No problem with them, although there was a scare a couple of months ago.

good service. I had to ring my order as there was some problem on website. done quickly. phone recd a couple of days later. just recd my first casshback. My wife also has contract with them and she has recd cashbacks on time. Thumbs up all round.

I've not used their cashback scheme but I've ordered from them before without any problems. Ordered online on the Sunday I think and the phone was delivered Wednesday.

Hi, I recently decided to sign up for an 18-month deal with mobilephones.net with line rental redemption. Just received my fourth airtime bill, which I now have to send in with the first voucher (recorded delivery of course!). Determined to do this to the letter and get every penny back!

Does anyone know, do you have to send in the entire bill (all six or seven pages, with all the little charts and breakdowns of calls and Tc and Cs) or just the two or three pages that have all the essential contract details on?
