Virgin rip off!!!

The contract I'm on is: ??? Because virgin media cannot curently tell me what package it is? She says she cannot see the contract?

I still have outstanding:16mths on this contract!:(

I have one bill from last month for £168! This month they say I owe £103 this month but this isn't the final as I am still racking it up?

436minutes last month= £168!!!

Anyone know if there is a way to cap what you spend?
I still can't believe this!

How long have you been on the contract? Did you take it out in store or on-line and what do you think your contract is? You should have some paperwork.

Speak as I find, Virgin have been great. They upgraded me from £10 pm contract for 200 min/unlimited text to 800 mins/unlimited text and internet for the same £10 per month.

ive had an awfull expirience with virgin gottta £8.50 contract with them hardley used it some months they charged me £40!!! then at the end of the contract took me 3 months to cancel it and they threatened to make my credit report bad and thats not it the lg cookie i got broke several times
  • Virgin cant tell you what contract you are on is simply BS they can look at the products on your account. Sounds to me like you got the Tea Lady (or someone who seriously needs retraining) Would call them up and ask for a Manager. Also I wouldnt be paying the bill until they can offer some explainations to why your bill is so high. One explaination is out of bundle costs (either you have gone over your mins or called premium nos or 084......)
  • Using the words "rip off" in a heading and then ranting is always a good way to start proceedings on here...

Have you tried looking at your account on line . That should tell you what the account is and charges .
Like mine says >> Your current tariff: Our original Pay As You Go tariff also shows all charges to me .

Huge vote for positive user experience from Virgin by me .

You may have one of the contracts that hasn't completed properly and needs to go to IT to fix, if this is the case you will have been charged for all your calls and will need a refund.Have you had large bills since taking it out.

She said she could see on the system that I had gone over my minutes? But still said she didnt know what contract I was on, tbh it was like she really couldn't be bothered either way!

From what your saying it sounds as through you have one of the contracts that have got stuck,it wont show in the allowances tab but it should be under the contract tab.all calls and texts etc will be charged ,if this is the prob then you will have to have a refund and free mins texts added till IT fix
