just a quick question

Is anyone having trouble logging on to Tiscali? I have to try at least six times as "not responding"

Wanting to check just in case it is my comp!

I have constant problems with tiscali, i try and get into my emails and it diverts me to another page that says page cannot be found, and when you email them with a complaint they take ages to get back and the reply is normally a load of pants, am looking for new provider as i've now had enough.

grrrrrr they are charging me well over agreed price 14.99 saying i missed a payment my bank says different what i dont get is 2 x 14.99 isnt 48.02 which they say i owe but tried to take 38 from account now im over drawn omg horrible company ages to get through then when you do they ask you to write to a pobox ......
i cant beleive they treat people like this...:mad: :mad:

Just email them, when I got overcharged, I emailed them and demanded the money back, I got a reply ack within a few hours.

have done hun a few hours ago no reply whats upsetting is the've took what little money i had on bank charges !! grrrr

your lucky, i been emailing for weeks to find out why i havent been upgraded and i have had no reply, even telling them they had till last friday or i would start looking for new provider, nothing. am no scouring this site looking at other providers.

I'm fed up with Tiscali as well. Everything started off OK, but has got gradually slower and today at dinner time it took 19 minutes for the service to connect.

Utter pants, if not worse.
