Mysurvey are they a con??

Just received this reply from Emma Morrison:

"Your account was deactivated because it had been accessed from abroad.

I have now reactivated your account.

To avoid the same problem happening again in the future, I would like to
advise you to only access the My Survey Panel website from within the
United Kingdom. Please note that some public computers (e.g. in public
libraries or internet cafes) or work computers, even though they are
physically located in the United Kingdom, may cause the same problem."

So there's a lesson. Don't do surveys when on holiday!

Just to add,I joined about 6 weeks ago and was invted to and completed quite a few surveys.
Then on 18/5 received an email asking me to update my profile which I did.Ironically I haven't been invited to a single survey since.
I have emailed them but haven't received a reply as yet.
I wonder if anyone else is having problems.

They aren't a con. I think they are, like all survey sites, having problems given the recession, but they credit points immediately and pay out fairly fast, unlike some survey sites I could mention... .

Similar here, i've got £25 worth of points but haven't had a single survey from them in easily 2 months now - on the other hand Toluna/Valued Opinions are generally atleast 1 a day each, even if some of the big ones i tend to time out fairly quickly
