I recently joined ukmysurvey,
Things have been going great, have done loads of surveys, have had to email them a couple of times about missing points, surveys crashing etc.
Last week i was invited to a text survey worth £6, have started doing it, i tried to log in over the weekend and found the board was down due to maintanence,
I tried to log in yesterday and found my account is not recognised. I had £9 worth of points, I only needed a few more to get a £10 amazon voucher.
I am gutted, I have tried contacting them through their contact us page, I have tried to contact them via email but so far not a reply.
I do not know why i have been kicked off, all i know is i have spent time completing their surveys and now i am going to get nothing for it.

I don't think they're a con, postie. Perhaps they're just having technical problems. Check out the link below. It mentions My Survey and might give you some other tips too.

If it's http://uk.mysurvey.com then it's not a con, I've had a couple of hundred pounds of Amazon vouchers off them over the years (they used to be TNS) and just cashed out for another at weekend which I received in half an hour from application.
Can't help on your predicament other than reassure you they are totally genuine.0 -
this is the reply i have just received
Dear panel member,
Thank you for your message.

Definately NOT a scam !! Mysurvey was Lightspeed and I have had loads of money cashed out through them.
I would contact Emma and ask for a full explanation as to why you have been taken off the panel. There's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

I'd agree they are fully legit. Completed a few surveys with them after registering early last year. I did the surveys very infrequently and only had a couple of quids worth of points in my account. After about 2 months of inactivity on my part I checked the email address I used for them and found a month old message telling me I'd won £75 in their quarterly prize draw and asking for me to respond. I got in touch thinking I was probably too late to claim it but there were no probs and they sent me a cheque straight out.
As I only complete their surveys very rarely I'm just about to cash in my first tenners worth of points after a year on the site. Obviously luck has been a major factor for me but I cant stress enough how good my experience with them has been.0 -
Just received the following
Dear Panellist,
Thank you for your email.
Upon reviewing your account, our system detected a minor technical error
with it, so it was no longer fully active.
I have now re-activated your account. We apologize for the inconvenience
caused.
I have just logged in and still have the same number of points, as i was in the middle of a text survey, that stopped replying to me (hence how i became alerted in the first instance) will they still honour the £6 worth of points? As it was their technical problem that caused my account to be deleted.

postie-bear They have deactivated my account without ever telling me, and upon enquiring I had the same response about their general terms and conditions. I just really hated their accusing tone. I am one of those stupid people who do not even lie on surveys.0

I have just received this message from Emma Morrison at MySurvey. I had not received surveys for about 3 weeks so asked them if there was problem:
"Our system recognised a problem with your account and for this reason it is no longer active. I am afraid your data is not in line with our panel membership terms and conditions. We cannot re-activate your account but you can still redeem your points from the website, although you will not be invited to take part on our surveys."
I am absolutely flabbergasted as I have been a member since 2006 and I cannot think what it is I have done to upset them.
No explanation received.0 -
I got the above been with them YEARS, Site is a con in my opinion.Jan Wins: .0

Recently, they've gone down the proverbial. I tend to do Vivatic, opinionworld, valued opinions and toluna these days - toluna are a bit rubbish, but the other three tend to pay out very quickly.0
