Money back from AOL Tech Support Call?

Hi
I was looking for some advice, I recently had problems connecting (it turned out to be a problem with aol and the exchage). I was on the phone for almost 2 hours - long waits between each transfer, First was put through to level one tech support, they ran all the tests and I was put thought to level 2, After a long wait I was connected with billing who apologized and after another long wait I found myself back with a level one operator who refused to put me through to level two but insisted in running all level one test again before saying I should go through to level two, I was put on hold again before finally getting to a level 2 tech support person who after a few tests told me the problem was with the exchange.
I really don't think I should be charged to report a technical fault to them and a definitely don't think I should have to pay for nearly 2 hours of their incompetence.
Has anyone queried support charges before? What was the outcome?
