Cheap '3' to good to be true?

I've been a three customer since it started - and the biggest problem with the offer is the remdemption.

You offen need to redeem the line rental once every few months within a 30 day period of recieving each bill, and this isn't always very clear. But if you are on top of it, and willing to chase them occasionally it shouldn't be a problem.

I don't know much about Just3G, but I know you only have to look in the back of the Sun to find cheap 3G deals like this one.

The service isn't as bad as it used to be, it's rare I drop a call these days, and my phone bills have come down from £120+ per month to £50 per month, so it's certainly been worth it for me. I have an NEC338 (I think!) which is pretty much the size of a 2G handset.

most cashback deals like this one are reliabel, CPW did a hugely popular one a while back. Chatterbox, scancom and microline all do them and people i know have used them and gotten their money back simply. As long as you post them your bill well inside the time limit you should be fine but i don't know about the reliability of this company.

For goodness' sake post it to them recorded delivery - it's worth the small extra cost.

The other problem is that if the company goes bust - and some have - then you are unlikely to get any of the outstanding amount back, and the network has no obligation to cancel your contract.

Three are ok with canceling b4 12 months, i was complaining to one of them and they asked if i wanted to cancel.

I was just looking at this offer on Three's own website - Just3G's looks even better because you get free car charger & holder.

However £30 per month is a lot for me, and these redemption offers scare me - one has to be organised!
